Digester Aid and Deresinator for Kraft pulps and Dissolving Rayon grade pulps

  • Proper treatment levels depend on many factors such as the wood species, cooking & washing conditions, system configuration, and mill objectives.

  • Product total dosage will normally be around 1.0 – 3.0 lbs. per ton continuous feed during the liquor charging is necessary for optimum control.

Pulp Mill Wash aids / Defoamers: Silicone Based “ Unique Free Rinsing Technology”

  • “Free-Rinsing” technology products show dramatically less tendency to remain on the pulp fibers or migrate to process equipment surfaces
  • Our proprietary manufacturing process offers a balance of mechanical and chemical dispersion and a controlled particle size distribution with no-deposit formation.
  • Meets Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Sections 105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180, 176.210, 177.2600, and 178.3400.
  • Provides both excellent defoaming and long-term control in the early stages of washing along with high dispersibility in the latter washing and screening stages.
  • Lower overall dosage and cost with improved washing system performance.
  • The product is dilution stable with ratios of 1:1 to 1:10 with water. The diluted emulsion must be agitated or used within a few days. Dilutions can be thickened with commercial acrylics, gums or cellulose and preserved for longer self-life.
